Job Summary

> Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. > Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. Responsibilities and Duties: > End to end recruitment: Sourcing, and on boarding candidates. > Screening: short listing candidates sourced through portal and validating them on their experience and interest. > Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job descriptions. > MIS: Preparing reports on the no of closure, internal movements, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work Skills: Excellent Communication Skills. Minimum 1 year of experience is required in end to end recruitment **Minimum qualification - Graduation
