-End to End Recruitment -Sourcing Profiles from Job Portals, LinkedIn & Social Media. -Explaining The Job Profile To Potential candidates. -Screening ,Shortlisting Candidates & Scheduling Interview's via Outgoing Telecommunication. -Responsible for full cycle of Recruitment, which includes multi channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high level skills in time & negotiations with candidates. -Maintaining a proper databases of lined up candidates. -Providing daily & weekly recruitment status for senior management. -Must be proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn & Social Media. -Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word,Excel,Outlook, PowerPoint). -Must know the in & out process of recruitment consultancy operations.
