Review and prepare multiple financial statements including P & L, Balance sheet, Notes to Account, Income Tax reconciliation, GST Reconciliation Review, Analysis & comparison of current year financial statement with previous year financial statement including the last year Queries raised, P & L, Balance sheet. Allocating the jobs among team members set up and follows the process to complete the job in a team. Review GL, Period end close process etc. Review Audit working paper file for auditor involves hyperlink on PDF file to the supporting documents. Actively participate in detecting and fixing the problems faced by the team during the job process. Weekly & Monthly Management reporting & prepare KPI report and submit to Management including regularly checking the progress of the team & timely reporting to management. Actively participate in process-related projects including training to team members.
