Job Summary

Handling queries independently and designing itineraries to suit the client?s preferences and working out best possible competitive costing on the itineraries.Follow-up with the clients with day-to-day changes require by the clients to reach their exact requirements.Proactively building and establishing strong relationship with global key partners viz. overseas travel agents, transport operators, DMC?S and other service providers and negotiating for special rates, bookings and successful operations.Put in order travelling arrangements (according to itinerary) from beginning to end for clients including booking tickets, booking accommodations, airport transfers, sightseeing, arranging guides, tour escorts and other travel services.Coordinate and follow up with the vendors and other service providers to manage all the travelling arrangements related to particular itinerary in advance including transfer arrangements, sightseeing arrangements and ground transportation.Handle customer complaints and get it sorted out.Qualifications/ Skills/ Expertise:-An undergraduate/ postgraduate degree in any discipline (preferably Travel and Tourism graduate) with 1- 3 years? experience in Outbound Tour Package Sales / Hotel industry/ Tourism industry/ Travel Agency.Should have good International destination knowledge.Good negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resource planning and presentation skills.
