Job Summary

Job Description 1. Responsible for and plans, organizes, and manages the procurement process for all projects. 2. Ensures that procurement process is in adherence to company and client requirements, company policies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of project requirements. 3. Interface with other departments and vendors for all matters related to the procurement of Project materials, equipments and services scope, 4. Develop in conjunction with Project mangers/ Coordinators Project Procurement Plan and Execution Strategy for individual projects. 5. Handle and manage Projects RFQ’s commercial evaluations, PO administration to final delivery and PO lose out. 6. Oversees all Procurement activities associated with the effective purchasing of Project requirements by the Procurements Departments in accordance with Project or end user schedules, specifications and budgets. 7. Develop and maintain a commercially sound vendor base survey the market new supply sources including nontraditional ones and maintain Project “Approved Vendor List”. 8. Evaluate vendor performance on continuous basis. 9. Monitor and review market conditions and price and delivery trends for Project materials and equipments. 10. Provide support to project cost controls in procurement related activities, bid versus buy analysis and the preparation of cash flow plans for project purchases orders.
