Job Summary

* Follow up with the sales team to coordinate timely dispatch of the materials. * Coordinate with various logistics companies for dispatches - Transit-time monitoring to ensure timely deliveries. (Both domestic and exports) * Responsible for checking bills of vendors as per contract & maintaining logistic cost * Arrangement of all necessary documents for dispatch & transfer invoice to location * Keeping a constant check on material (in transit) till it gets delivered. * Follow up from production for timely execution of the ordered material. * Maintaining and updating stock of ready material. Responsible for stock reconciliation with system Vs physical. Conduct period audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure stock accuracy. * Generating manifests & dispatch labels for the orders * Tracing out to improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being . * * Inventory Planning and securing warehouse efficiency. * Maintaining strict packaging guidelines and keeping a constant check on packaging. * Honest working and capable to work under pressure. * Managing team of 5 or more for production * Multitasking * Knowledge of MS Office and Internet is must.
