Customer Support Executive Responsibilities: • Resolving customer complaints brought to attention. • Provide customer assistance and support primarily via phone, email and Chat for technical and customer account and also ensure all issues are resolved to customer’s satisfaction. • To understand the customer s problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers. • Need to deal with our customers from all over India. • Will be responsible to call clients and explain them about the services we provide. • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback.
