Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Sales Representative Responsibilities include: • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling • Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Performing analyses of existing and potential customers • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction • Continuously improve through feedback • Understanding customer needs and requirements • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Requirements: • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Highly motivated and target driven • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
