Job Summary

Managing and taking Care of all the various routine activities of the MD/director like: Scheduling internal and external appointments and Co-ordination of Director's meetings in terms of organizing, updating calendar, taking down the minutes and follow up of the meetings. Handling all the telephonic calls for the director. Taking care of the director's tours and travel programs. Taking care of all the official issues reaching MD/director’s domain. Assisting in MD/director in his/her routine activities and managing the same independently even in her absence and also assisting in planning and implementation of forthcoming projects such as the shows/exhibitions, etc. Report and Data collection. Coordinating official work between the director and the rest of the company. Standardizing the documents used and their document flow. Benchmarking & monitoring operational efficiencies/ productivity. Finalizing the process flow for various processes and documenting the same. Preparation of SOP’s for the business. Capacity planning of work-center. Development of MIS for decision making and reliability forecast. Coordination the cost reduction initiative/ budgeting process across the organizations. Spearheading various continuous improvement initiatives in processes. Documentation filling, preparing a presentation as and when required.
