Job Summary

1. To lead product Management, layout enhancement for the entire set of internet & mobile products 2. Responsible for designing front-end frameworks for web, mobile and web-based application users interfaces. 3. Creating and managing a product portfolio for the business. 4. Optimizing search traffic & SEM and affiliate programs. 5. Working closely with Technology & marketing team on continuous improvement. 6. Understand & update competitive landscape, customer satisfaction, customer segments, industry reports & trends. 7. Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap. 8. Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight into highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems. 9. You will be working as a full-stack developer and get exposure to front-end tech (NodeJS, React), app development, backend services (Java, python, celery) and a variety of data-stores (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.). 10. Learning new technologies all the time and willing to build exciting products in a fast-paced way. Key Skills: 1. Mobile/payment gateways/ Web/ Internet / e-Commerce/ Marketplace product experience preferred across e-commerce. 2. Aggressive, go-getter, hands-on attitude. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, tight Deadline environment. 4. Aggressive performance-linked compensation and equity upside. 5. 2-3 yrs. of product management experience, ideally for a consumer web product.
