Job Summary

Job Description: The Business Development Associate will be responsible for end-to-end operation management of the vendor/seller. The main responsibilities are: Roles and Responsibilities: Vendor Acquisition ? Shall be responsible for vendor/seller on-boarding on our platform ? To cater to specific business verticals of micro, small, medium enterprises(MSMEs). ? Guide the sellers/vendors on the benefits of registering on our e-commerce platform. Vendor Account Management ? Rapport building, Catalog Management and Content Management ? Communicating with the vendors through calls and e-mails ? Ensure good account health by coordinating with the Seller Acquisition team ? Upgrade Sellers on our marketplace so that sellers find their prospect buyers ? Follow-ups with Vendors to ensure smooth running of their store Report Management ? Maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS for reporting and analysis Target Achievement ? Achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets
