Job Roles and Responsibilities: Provide implementation and first-tier technical support for clients Project related digging is the core responsibility against that they have the Annual Target. Client requirement gathering, configuration, implementation and training of Experts IN Products. Perform customer services functions by answering customer requests and questions ad hoc. Perform new customer, orientations and training in person by webinar/teleconference Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook). Good understanding of Applications or related products and terminology, with good implementation methods with organisational architecture Experience in project management in a professional services role.
