We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically on all functional areas of Business Management viz. Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-9-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM): Business Associate =>Corporate Trainer => Corporate Team Leader => Assistant Business Head => Business Head This position starts with a Business Associate who is sequentially trained to be a Corporate Trainer, then a Corporate Team Leader, then an ABH and finally a BH.
