Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for promoting products of in-house software solution (Shopaccino). Manage leads and tasks in CRM software. Find ways to generate inbound enquiries on various open positions. Proactively engage prospective employees through emails and news updates. Must have technical knowledge about e-commerce industry, who can easily sell ecommerce software to clients. The sales development Executive will be responsible to generate new business for Shopaccino (Ecommerce software platform) and renewals. The role will be accountable to revenue goals for the territory. The role expects the candidate to be hands on in giving software product demos over the web and to lead the team from the front. Responsible for a telephone-based lead generation to drive sales-ready leads. Collaborate with the Sales Managers, Directors and Marketing dept. on campaigns to assist with nurturing the existing lead database General Data analysis and recommendations for improvement. Experience in selling SAAS software will be added advantage. Working closely with the Product Team to build alignment on roadmap
