Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage external vendor relations within the operations department 2. Perform as a functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders 3. Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees 4. Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors 5. Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance 6. Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required 7. Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions 8. Support to explore expansion across new business lines
