Job Summary

* Pre & Post Joining: Rolling out offer letter and Appointment letters to new joiners, Issuing letters, maintaining personal file and folders. * Induction: Arranging for the Induction of new joiners. * Joining Formalities: Documentation of joining forms, Send intimation about the joiners to the concerned departments, processing of PF nomination, sending intimation for e-mail id creation and coordinating with the corporate bank for opening of corporate salary accounts for the new employees. * Confirmation: Maintaining the Probation Database, Processing the confirmation of employees, Maintaining the Probation Extension Database and follow-up. * Employee Engagement: Support Manager HR on R&R program. * Performance Appraisal: Acting as a link between employees of support vertical and the managers to get the appraisal completed, preparing the data and helping the Manager- HR to come out with the conclusive report. * Exit Interview: Maintaining the Exit Database. Help the resigned employees in a smooth exit by familiarizing them with the exit process and issuing of Relieving and Experience letter, analysis of the exits and submitting the report to the Manager HR for preventive actions. * MIS: Maintenance of employee database, attrition report and records. * Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies and manage legal documentation * Monitor staff performance and attendance activities Assisting with monthly payroll
