1. Shortlisting candidates from different job portals and scheduling interviews 2. Screening profile through job portals, networking, etc. 3. Sharing profile with clients and further lining them up for an interview 4. Briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question 5.
