Responsibilities: - Maintain the accounts book on Quickbooks. First point of contact with CA and banks for filings and transactions respectively. - Manage partner registrations, orders, delivery, payments and replacements related operations on daily basis. - Handle Imports and Exports. Manage inventory of various models based on demand and reorder the same from foreign suppliers by maintaining good relations. - Primary contact for all third party vendor management. - Tender Filing on online platforms by coordinating with concerned team member. Skills: - Should have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. - Must be strong in task management, must build reputation with all team members and carry out work. - Should be result oriented and hard working. - Sound knowledge of accounts and taxation. Experience: - Should have minimum of 1 year experience in accounting and operations.
