Job Summary

Job description: We are looking for Area Sales Manager (FMCG) in our Company. We are looking for two Category ASM- Urban and Rural distribution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the company. Identification of potential distributors & their timely appointment. • Achievement of Targets- Primary / Secondary & New Outlets. • Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region • Generate sales of company products in the region through a team of sales officers in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage- beat plan, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region. • Stock Management at depots & Distributors/Super Stockist/Sub-Stockist, Credit Control, Damage/Expiry Control for complete SKU and product range availability. • Planning and implementing sales promotional activities in the territory in collaboration with the Marketing team. • Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products
