Job Summary

Major Responsibilities ? Basic Troubleshooting of all active and passive network device. (e.g., Switch, Router, Firewall, ? Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN). ? Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. ? Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. ? Configure/installation of network printer with password protection. ? Installation of 4g Dongle software. ? Need work on network passive component (e.g. Network cabling, designing, installing of new setup). ? User administration (setup and maintaining account), Maintaining system. ? Verify proper working of peripherals, quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure, Monitor system performance. ? Working Knowledge of DNS. ? IT hardware inventory management and vendor management. ? Working knowledge of Linux and server set ups. ? Duties as assigned. Desired Candidate Profile ? Must have good communication skill. ? Flexibility to work in any shifts (either day shift or/& afternoon shift). ? Comfortable with Admin works and field work (whenever requires). ? High level of energy and enthusiasm, with ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. ? Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources. ?
