Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities- 1. Creating specific sales tactics for making new dealer tie-ups for products of the Company in order to meet the set targets on time. 2. Identifying new Natural Dye potential customers and retaining the old dealership by repeat orders. 3. Maintaining and developing constructive, cooperative and long-term relationships with customers through personal contact, meetings or via telephone. 4. Identifying and resolving gaps in customer expectations versus actual service level. 5. Pre-Sales requirement understanding and Solution Proposing. 6. Attention to detail in Managing Records & Sales Pipeline in Sales CRM. Skills Required- • Knowledge of I. Technical Textiles II. Biotechnology (extraction process and testing) III. Textile processing (dyeing, finishing, coating, etc.) IV. Dyeing Machine Operation (knowledge of textile machine and process like denim process, reactive and vat dyeing) • Good Communication, Demonstration and Presentation Skills. • Client Relationship management. • Negotiation skills. • Logical / Analytical skills. • Meeting Sales Target through effective sales planning. • Proven Track Record of achieving Sales Quotas. Eligibility Criteria- • Qualification- Graduate *Candidates from Biotechnology/Textile industry are preferred* • Experience- 2-3 years • Should be comfortable with traveling.
