Job Summary

• Prepare all necessary documents required • Ensure delivery of goods are fulfilled as per the customer specification and maintaining effective communication with client • Understand the buyer requirements over the email or phone calls • Data Gathering through various buyers/retailers • Reporting on daily basis • Keep proper database of transporter contacts • Coordinating with Transporters for arranging vehicles Trucks, Trailers etc for various locations • Follow up goods shipment • Customer feedback analysis • Resolve customer complaints/grievances and escalate non-resolvable issues • Arrange vendor invoices, submit customers’ bills and follow up for payment • Coordinate with Transports for delivery of shipments/proof of delivery • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files • Working closely with the sales team to ensure the completeness of sales transactions.
