Job Summary

SKILL SETS/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Verification of the Sales Plan made by Executive (Sales) and to forward the same to DGM(Sales) for approvals and further dispatch to other department. 2. Take the dispatch instructions from the Executive (Inspections) and to co-ordinate with the Commercial Team to get the approval to dispatch the materials. 3. Once the details are taken from the commercial department, the following work needs to be done: A. In case of Payments through Letter of Credit: I. Prepare the Performa Invoice and to get it checked from the commercial team and to forward the same to the customer along with the approved check list format. II. Track the progress of the L/C and to confirm to the DGM (Sales) regarding the expected date of L/C III. In case of any deviations sought by the customer from the Approved Check list the same needs an approval from DGM (Sales), Commercial Team and CFO up to the value of Rs. 50 Lacs, however in case of amount above this the final approval may be sought from WTD/MD. IV. Take the Letter of Credit once received from the customer and to submit the same to commercial team and to get the approval from them to proceed on written email within 1 working day. B. In case of Payments through Post Dated Cheque: I. Prepare the Performa Invoice and to get it checked from the commercial team and to forward the same to the customer. II. Track the progress of the PDC and to confirm to the DGM (Sales) regarding the expected date of receipt of PDC III. T
