Job Summary

Job Description - 1. Finalization of Books of Accounts. 2. Co-ordination with the Statutory Auditor regarding any queries/observations and replying on same. 3. TDS calculation and payment. 4. Liasoning with Bank regarding all matters i.e Salary Transfer, any loan requirement, arranging documents required by bank from time to time basis. 5. Keeping records of the of the professional payments and maintaining their agreements. 6. Co-ordination with all departments regarding any requirement at any time i.e. Business Development Team for Bank Guarantee, HR and Operations. 7. Preparation & Maintenance of Staff Salary Records. 8. Preparation of Budgets and Planning of Funds with the Management. 9. Client Agreements – Analysis (related to Finance Part) 10. Overall supervision of the Department’s work.
