Candidate would be responsible for end to end recruitments Responsibilities and Duties Manage the sourcing, interviews, closures and other hiring activities for all the IT/Non IT positions of our clients. Develop and maintain an efficient electronic sourcing mechanism for all recruitment positions. Candidate should have depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT/Non IT skills Should have experience in handling and closing niche skills, this position will be more of an individual contributor role with minimal supervision. Candidate should have good communication skills Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills Must have experience for hiring client requirements Must have handled the BD part for developing the new client for organization.
