Responsibilities:- 1- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory 2-Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program 3-Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals 4-Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day 5-Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules 6-Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment 7-Train other telemarketers when required 8-Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff 9-Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control 10-Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In Salary: From ?8,000.00 per month
