Job Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting process, and performing some user acceptance testing. Your primary focus will be to determine the needs of the organization and provide the best solutions to improve the efficiency levels to its optimum level. You will be seen as a ‘connection’ between the current problems the company is currently facing and the answers to fixing them. Responsibilities and Duties • Using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, and document analysis, requirement workshops, and surveys, workflow requirements to induce and manage requirements. • Facilitates the pre-sales and post-sales events and tasks. • Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills. • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions. • Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimation models. • Understand and communicate the financial and operational metrics and reports.
