Job Summary

This job role requires driving critical business warehousing operations on daily basis. Therefore a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and Indian E-commerce: Amazon, Flipkart. You would be required to collaborate with various internal teams to operationally drive daily jobs across all our product lines. Job Type / Category • The person will be one point of contact for the Operations Management. • Convey all the deliverables to internal teams and allocate the work accordingly. • Optimize the reconciliation of orders and returns on online sales platforms like their website, marketplaces, etc and maintain account health • Should have knowledge of Amazon Seller Flex and Flipkart Assured. • Keep up with the online operation trends and come up with new strategies according to the categories. Run new process to bring efficiency in Operations. • Coordinate with third-party teams like logistics and marketplace for returns & sales order • Manage reconciliations across platforms to assure the client gets all the money according to sales • Maintain good rapport with the account manager and build that relationship for a long-term business partnership
