1.Prepare an annual sales & marketing strategy , budget and continuously monitor and report on its achievement on weekly , monthly and annual basis . 2.Liaising and Networking with a range of Stakeholders including Industries , Customers , Suppliers & Partner organizations. 3.Oversee product Research & Development according to Market trends and Customer demands. 4.Oversee the entire activities of the Sales & Marketing Division . 5.Focused sales to achieve growth and profit objectives . 6.Liase with line department with regards to performance on manufacturing , transportation of goods to customers & invoicing. 7.Lead on Customer Satisfaction surveys & report to management to inform on implications / Future sale strategies .
