We aim to be leaders in a few categories and be a multi-billion $ Team : Professionals from IITs, IIMs with significant experience in Management Consulting and building Internet businesses and good connect with the VC network Designation : Operations Manager Location : Tiruppur Job Responsibilities : - Order management and backend team management - Work with logistics warehouse teams - Manage warehouses - Monitor and measure key metrics of the resources and team - Work with various logistics vendors and take full ownership of the process - Managing expectations of various stakeholders like business, marketing, sellers etc. and delivering value to sellers and buyers Qualifications : - Graduation / Post Graduation - Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset. Strong sense of urgency and ownership - Highly customer focused in all approaches - Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail - Strong understanding of logistics and its application to solve business needs - Large Size ecommerce logistics experience required. Experience of being in a start up will be an added plus -Good experience of working under high pressure environment - Ability to come up with lots of ideas and improvements on existing operations
