These positions promise fixed salaries, along with other variables. An Agency Leader (AL/SAL/GAL) will be eligible for performance based fixed basic salary & variable payouts as mentioned below: 1. Fixed Basic Salary 2. Monthly active new licensed advisor allowance 3. Monthly production bonus 4. Monthly advisor activation allowance 5. Indirect Team QPB for Senior Agency Leader/Group Agency Leader (Indirect Team L1 & L2 - Quarterly) 6. Self-Sourced business payout.
