Job Profile for Coordinator 1. Front office personality / present of firm or company. 2. Communication skill with clients and trainees. 3. All client status up to date. 4. All candidates and trainees status up to date. 5. All working in office up to date. 6. Regular follow up of work from staff and boss. 7. Record work and follow up post-dated works. 8. Fee/Payment Recovery follow-ups and update regular. 9. E-mail to clients for Quotation and Brochures. 10. Reply E-mail to clients for their further queries. 11. Record all types details on MS-Excel (with respective knowledge). 12. Simple Brochure Design with Power Point or Corel/Photoshop etc. 13. Social Advertising post with respective knowledge on (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) and regular follow-up with social network. 14. Office maintenance. 15. Regular check DPR of Trainees and Placed Candidates. 16. Calling for our services. 17. Other General office works.
